Natu Kodi Kura is a delicious and spicy Andhra and Telangana Chicken curry made with spices of Guntur pepper and pinch coconut. A wonderful recipe for roasted chicken soup. Country chicken curry is one of the authentic dishes of South India. Country chicken(Natu Kodi) is considered healthier than broiler chicken. This curry is great with copper.
How to Make Natu Kodi Kura Recipe

Ingredients of  Natu Kodi Kura Recipe


Natu kodi along with bones :1 kg,
Cinnamon - two tea spoons,
coconut powder- 1/2 teaspoon,
Gasa gasalu - 2 tea spoons,
For masala: cloves and cardamom each 2,
Cinnamon:small piece,
Ginger garlic paste:3 tablespoons,
Salt:enough,
Turmeric:1/2 teaspoon,
Chilli Powder:3 tablespoons,
Coriander mint:2 spoons,
Garam masala powder - 1/2 spoon,
Tomatoes - two (thinly sliced),
Oil - 1/2 cup,
Green Chilli's - 8 ,,
Onions - 3,
Curry  Leaves- five cliffs.

Preparation method of Natu Kodi Kura Recipe


Clean the Natu kodi pieces and cut it into small pieces.
Grill the Coriander and Gasagasalu and make them as dry powder.
Add the Coconut powder and mix together like paste.
Now put the Pan on the stove and heat the oil.

Add Cloves, cardamon, cinnamon and ginger-garlic paste and fry them. After 2-3 minutes, add the curry leaves , the onion slices, then green chillies and the fry it.

Now add the chicken pieces, turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder, tomato slices, salt and mix well. Then add enough water and cook for twenty minutes.

Finally Add the gasagasal paste and cook over low heat.
