Fresh Peas,
Potato,
Beans,

Green chillies: four,
Ginger stripe: 1 Teaspoon
Dried Mirchi: four,
Asafoeteda: pinch,
Curry Leaves: 2 ,
Bengal gram:  1 tablespoon,
Peanuts: 2 tablespoons,
Urad Dal(Black Gram): 1 Tablespoon,
Pepper Powder: Tablespoon,
Turmeric: Bananas,
Salt: Enough,
Oil: 2 tbsp Nut,
Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons.

How to Cook Pulihora(Tamarind Rice) Rice

Preparation Method:

Cook the rice and Dry it in a basin . Then Add salt in lemon juice and add it to the rice. Cook the vegetable pieces and pour out the water. Now Grind the Green chilli and ginger . Add the oil in a pan and boil it , Now add dry chillies ,Mustard seeds, peanut, Urad Dal and fry them. Add a mixture of turmeric, curry leaves, green chillies paste , boiled vegetables and mix them together  and cook it for a minute, Now add the salt and pepper to taste and finally ad this with rice.
