How to Make Chamadumpa Vepudu Recipe (Colocasia Stir Fry Recipe)
Ingredients
10 Colocasia root (Arbi) , skin peeled and halved
1 teaspoon Rice flour1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
1 teaspoon Amchur (Dry Mango Powder)
Salt , to taste
Cooking oil , for cooking
To temper
1 teaspoon White Urad Dal (Split)
1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
2 Dry red chilli
1 sprig Curry leaves

Chamadumpa Vepudu Recipe (Colocasia Stir Fry Recipe)
To begin making the Andhra Style Chamadumpa Vepudu, peel the colocasia roots and boil them in a pressure cooker with enough water for 2 whistle.Allow the pressure to release by itself, drain the water and cut them into half.
Heat a kadai with oil, add mustard seeds and urad dal and allow it splutter for 10 seconds.
Add curry leaves, dry red chilies and leave the curry leaves to crackle for 10 seconds.
Add the cooked colocasia roots along with all the spice powders mentioned above. Give it a toss and stir fry the roots till it is coated well and becomes crisp. Check for salt and add if required.
Serve the Chamadumpa Vepudu recipe along with Andhra Style Pappu Charu Recipe , steamed rice or tawa paratha to enjoy your meal with your loved ones.
