How to Make Mullangi(Radish) Podi Kura :Radish(Mullangi) Fry Recipe
Ingredients of Radish(Mullangi) Fry Recipe
Radish along with its leaves - 2,
Peanuts flour - 4 tablespoons,
Chilli Powder- 1/3 tablespoon,
Salt - enough,
Turmeric - pinch,
Garam masala - 1/2 spoon,
Oil - three tablespoons,
Mustard, cumin, cinnamon - all combined spoon.
Instructions to make Radish(Mullangi) Fry Recipe
Radish should be cut thinly, including leaves. Now heat the oil in the pan and fry the mustard, cumin and urad dal. Add the radish pieces and cover with lid.
When the radish pieces are cooked to 1/3 , add leaves and sprinkle with water and cover with lid.
Add the salt, chilli and turmeric to the almost cooked radish pieces after 5 minutes add peanuts powder. After two minutes, turn off the oven and add the garam masala and mix together again. This is great for breads, not just for rice.
