Ingredients of Indo Chinese Dry Chilli Chicken Recipe
Boneless Chicken: 1/2 kg
Onion: one,
Green capsicum: one (small),
Soya sauce :1 table spoon,
White Vinegar: 1/4 table spoon,
Green chilly sauce: table spoon,
Mint: teaspoon,
Green chillies: three,
Kashmir chilli powder: 3 teaspoons,
Garlic paste: tablespoon,
corn flour : tablespoon
White Flour(Maida): tablespoon,
Egg: one,
Salt: it is good to taste,
Oil: enough
Onions: a little
Preparation process of Indo Chinese Dry Chilli Chicken Recipe
Mix the chicken pieces with the 1/2 tablespon soya sauce, egg yolks, salt, pepper powder, ground white flour(maida), half garlic paste and half chili sauce.
Pour enough oil into a frying pan and fry the chicken until golden and set aside.
In the same Pan, add a little more oil and add the remaining garlic paste and Kashmiri chili powder and fry for two minutes. Add the onion and bell pepper pieces, then add the vinegar and mix well.
Add the fried chicken pieces and mix the remaining soy green chili sauce with salt, sugar and pepper and fry for four to five minutes. Finally, cut the onions and serve hot.
