How to make Paneer Chapati Recipe
Ingredients
150 gms paneer (cottage cheese) , mashed or grated1/2 cup whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
2 tbsp corn meal
2 tbsp powdered peanuts
1/4 cup grated carrot
1 tbsp grated ginger (adrak)
2 tbsp crushed dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
2 tbsp oil
salt to taste
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp chopped green chillies
whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta) for rolling
ghee for cooking
Paneer Chapati Recipe Preparation Method
Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl, mix well and knead into a soft dough, adding enough water.Cover and keep aside for 15 to 20 minutes.
Knead again and divide the dough into small balls and dust with wheat flour and roll out into a round roti.
Heat a tava and cook the chapatis using little ghee till golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
Serve hot with curds and pickle.
