Beans curry :How to Make Beans Gravy Curry
Ingredients
Beans - 15 - 20Ground nuts - 65 grams
Onion - 1 medium
Salt - 1 ½ tbsp (as per your taste)
Chilly powder - ¾th tbsp (as per your taste)
Coriander seeds - ¼th tbsp
Cumin seeds - ¼th tbsp
Oil - 4 tbsp
Water - ¼th cup
HOW TO PREPARE BEANS CURRY RECIPE
Wash and chop the beans into very tiny pieces.Chop the onion into very small pieces.
Take a mixy jar add ground nuts, salt, chilly powder, cumin seeds, coriander seeds and make them into fine paste with the help of water.
Heat a mini pressure cooker or kadai , add oil then add above gravy and fry it until it oozes out oil from its surrounding.
Now add the onions & beans and fry for few seconds.
Now add water and pressure cook for 3 whistles.
Have and enjoy this excellent taste of beans poriyal with any rotis or rice.
