Ingredients

Chilagadadumpa(Sweet Potato):1/2 Kg.
Tomato :3.
Curd:1/2 Cup.

Tamarind:4 pieces.
Turmeric:1/2 teaspoon.
Ginger-Garlic paste:2 Teaspoons.
Green Chilli:2.
Coriander Leaves:3 Tablespoons.
Oil:3 Tablespoons.
Coriander Powder: 1 Teaspoon.
Asafoetida: Pinch
Turmeric:1/4 teaspoon.
Garam Masala:1/4 teaspoon.
Chilli Powder:Sufficient.
Salt:Sufficient:




Chilagadadumpa(Sweet Potato) Making process

Slice the Tomatoes and green chillies and Grind in a mixer .

Beat the Curd.

Wash and peel the Sweet Potatoes and Slice them and put them in salt water .

Pour the oil in a pressure pan and Grill the cumin seeds. Then add the Asafoetida, turmeric and Coriander Powder and grill them for some time . Now add the tomato-chilli paste and chilli powder and add oil and grill them. Then add the sweet potato pieces and cook about two minutes and add a half cups of water and cook for two minutes. Now add the beat curd and boil it well.

Now Add salt and put a lid on Pressure Pan and cook till whistle sound. Wait for Vapor out and Open the Lid and Cook it for 4 minutes in sim mode. Then add Garam Masala and Coriander powder and wait for one minute and off Stove.
