How to Cook Paneer Gulab Jamun 

Preparation: Take the milk in a bowl of thick bottom and put on the oven. Then add curd to boiling milk. After some time milk breaks down. Then off the flame and strain it. Take the braked milk into thin cloth and knead it until water filter out. Take it into a bowl and make it as a soft paneer. Add the milk powder and mix it together again. Add two two pieces to oil and grill them. Now in another bowl, take the sugar and water put it on the oven. When the sugar dissolves and get into (Caramel)paakam ,add the cardamom powder to it.Now Add the fried Paneer rounds to it ,finally paneer Gulab Jamun Cooking finished.
