Bengal Gram Flour:1/4 Kg,
Onion Nuts:1/2 Teaspoon,
Green Chilli:5,
Garlic:4 ,
Ginger:inch piece,
cumin :1/2 Teaspoon,
Turmeric:1/2 Teaspoon,
Garam Masala(Spice):1 Teaspoon,
Coriander Powder:1 1/2 Teaspoon,
Fennel:1 Teaspoon,
Amchoor(Mango Powder):1/2 Teaspoon,
Oil:2 Tablespoons,
Salt: Enough.

Making Process
Clean the Lady finger and wipe them without water drops. Now chop the Green chilli, ginger and garlic and Mix them in a bowl and Knead them like a flour. Now add  Lady finger in this mixture. Add the oil in the non-stick pan and arrange the all lady fingers in sequence ,without lit , cook it for five minutes in the sim mode. After some time,cover the lid ,cook them until them become soft,now stop the flame ,Lady Finger(Bendakaya) 65 Cooking is Ready.
