Mixed Ginger-Garlic:2 Teaspoons.
Green Chilli:4.
Curry Leaves:2.
Chilli Powder:Sufficient.
Salt:Sufficient:
Mustard seeds:1/2 teaspoon.
Cumin Seeds: 1 Teaspoon.
Fenugreek Seeds: 1/4 Teaspoon.
Coriander Powder: 1 Teaspoon.
Coriander Leaves:2 Tablespoons.
Oil:2 Tablespoons.
Chemadumpa(colocasia) Cooking(Making) process
Step 1:
Boil the potatoes and cut them into pieces. Soak the tamarind. Fry the oil in a pan and add all the ingredients.Step 2:
Then add ginger, onion and green chillies. They should be thoroughly cooked with tomato pulp. Add the spinach powder and add two minutes. Now add the tamarind juice flour, salt and cook more. Then add the chilli powder and coriander powder before boiling for a few more minutes.
